We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a Full-Time, remote position for candidates based in the United States.

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in upholding our reputation for excellence. The ideal candidate will be a clear communicator, an adept problem-solver, and passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience. The salary for this position is $25 - $36 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Provide accurate and helpful information regarding our services, pricing, and scheduling.
• Efficiently manage and resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with our technical teams to ensure timely service delivery.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions, transactions, and correspondence in our CRM system.
• Process service requests, forms, and applications in a timely manner.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with our service.
• Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes and improve the overall customer experience.
• Consistently represent the company’s values of honesty, dependability, and integrity in all communications.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer service, client support, or a similar role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other standard office applications.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
• A high degree of empathy, patience, and a customer-centric attitude.
• The ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.
• A dedicated, quiet home office space with a reliable, high-speed internet connection is required.
• Experience in the electrical or a related trade industry is advantageous but not essential.
