Data Entry Specialist

Zech Group is seeking a reliable and detail-focused Data Entry Specialist to support daily business operations by maintaining accurate records, processing information, and ensuring data quality across company systems. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and comfortable working with high-volume information in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities;

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain company data and records
• Review information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Process documents, spreadsheets, reports, and digital files
• Maintain organized electronic records and databases
• Verify data discrepancies and resolve information errors
• Assist with reporting, tracking, and administrative data requests
• Support internal teams with data management and documentation needs
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information
  
  

Requirements;

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1 years of data entry, administrative, or office support experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and data management systems
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while supporting team goals
