You will be responsible for inputting, updating, and managing large volumes of data, ensuring our records are consistently accurate and readily accessible.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently enter a high volume of data from various sources into our company databases and systems.
• Review and verify data for errors or discrepancies, making corrections and checking outputs to ensure data integrity.
• Maintain and update existing records, ensuring all information is current and complete.
• Handle confidential patient and company information in strict compliance with data protection policies and procedures.
• Organise and file documents to maintain a clear and accessible record-keeping system.
• Generate reports and retrieve data for internal teams as requested.
• Assist with other administrative duties and support departmental projects as required.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a data entry role or a similar administrative position.
• Exceptional typing speed and accuracy with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with MS Excel and MS Word.
• Familiarity with data entry software and database management.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A high degree of discretion and a professional approach to handling confidential information. Experience in a healthcare environment is desirable but not essential.
