Responsibilities

• Accurately input, update, and maintain data across various company databases and systems, including client information and project metrics.
• Perform regular data quality checks to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of all information.
• Prepare and organise source documents for data entry, identifying and correcting any errors or inconsistencies.
• Assist in compiling and formatting data for reports that will be used by management and marketing teams to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data is handled efficiently, confidentially, and in support of project goals.
• Support the web design and social media teams by preparing and structuring content for online platforms.
• Adhere to all data privacy and security protocols to safeguard sensitive information.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Analyst, Data Entry Clerk, or in a similar administrative role.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering accurate work.
• Proficient typing skills and demonstrable experience with data entry software and the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• A high level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
• (Desirable) Experience working within a digital marketing or creative agency setting.
