Responsibilities
- Proactively contact potential residential and commercial clients via telephone and email to introduce our comprehensive roofing services.
- Clearly and professionally articulate the company's value proposition, including our free inspections, estimates, and 5-year workmanship guarantee.
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs and determining if they are a suitable fit for our services.
- Successfully schedule appointments and consultations for our sales and assessment specialists.
- Maintain a detailed and organised record of all client interactions and appointment schedules in our CRM system.
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for scheduled appointments.
- Uphold the company's high standards of professionalism and customer service in all communications.
- Proven experience in an appointment setting, telemarketing, or a similar sales development role.
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and engaging telephone manner.
