Key Responsibilities
- Analyse project costs, resource allocation, and overall profitability to provide actionable insights to management.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports, performance dashboards, and business forecasts on a regular basis.
- Monitor industry and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and process improvement.
- Collaborate with project managers and sales teams to support the development of pricing strategies and project bids.
- Evaluate internal operational processes to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and cost reduction.
