Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, developing a trusted advisor partnership.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs and objectives to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions.
- Identify and grow opportunities within your assigned territory and collaborate with internal teams to achieve growth targets.
- Manage contracts and agreements to maximise value for both the client and the company.
- Forecast and track key account metrics, preparing regular reports on account status.
- Liaise with cross-functional internal teams, including our engineering and IT departments, to improve the entire customer experience.
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
- Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field is preferred.
- Experience within the federal, defence, or technology sectors would be a distinct advantage.
