The Role
We’re looking for a full-time Chiropractic Assistant to help carry out our mission. Our ideal candidate is outgoing, highly organized, and maintains a high level of emotional intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Guide new patients through their Welcome Visit and orient them to the office
- Manage appointments in online scheduling software
- Manage the flow of patients through the office
- Take, upload, and prepare X-rays
- Perform nervous system scans
- Assist in teaching patients exercises and setting them up in traction
- Process payments as needed
- Participate in community outreach events, as required
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (key to this role)
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a busy, high-volume environment
- A friendly, joyful demeanor and excellent communication skills
- Passion for health, wellness, and chiropractic care
- Willingness to adapt, learn, and grow in the role
- High level of professionalism and integrity
- Experience in customer service or a healthcare setting
- Experience using online scheduling software and electronic health records (EHR) is strongly preferred
Working Hours
- Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–1:00 PM and 2:00 PM–7:00 PM
- Expected hours: 38–40 per week (full-time)
