Burgin Design Remodel is Orange County's premier home remodeling firm, delivering award-winning additions, kitchens, bathrooms, and whole home remodels for 30 years. We are seeking a Skilled Craftsman with broad residential remodeling expertise to join our Production team full-time. This is a hands-on role performing high-quality work across multiple trades, with the opportunity to contribute to stunning, custom projects for discerning homeowners.
What You'll Do:
- Perform demolition, framing, light finish carpentry, and other construction tasks to exacting standards.
- Install flooring, cabinetry, trim, and other finishes with precision.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites daily.
- Work with Project Managers, Lead Craftsmen, and subcontractors to ensure work is completed on time and within scope.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and transport materials as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- 7 years of residential remodeling or construction experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of all phases of home construction.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
- Own truck, valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a full set of trade tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a professional, positive attitude.
- Commitment to craftsmanship, safety, and client satisfaction.
Physical Requirements:
- Medium to heavy physical work: frequent lifting (25–50 lbs.) and occasional lifts over 50 lbs.
- Standing, walking, climbing ladders, and working at heights or in confined spaces.
