Planning Intern

B&N Planning Intern Responsibilities

• Work with Planners and Engineers on a variety of planning projects – projects include large area and long-range plans, active transportation plans, corridor studies, safety studies, and comprehensive plans
• Assist with preparing studies and writing reports; develop maps and graphics for plans and studies
• Learn new methods and technologies such as ArcGIS Pro
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

• You are a current student in good academic standing pursuing a degree in Urban/City/Regional Planning, Geography, civil engineering, or similar from an ABET accredited program and have completed at least two years of your undergraduate degree
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required
• Experience with ArcGIS is a plus
