- Collaborate with Construction Managers, Engineers, and Contractors
- Assist the community you live in by providing construction phase services for water/wastewater, roadway, drainage, water quality, and site development related projects and ensure contract compliance
- Interact with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and governing agencies
- Perform construction administration duties both in the field and office
- Monitor construction operations to ensure compliance with contract provisions, drawings, and specifications and document project progress through videography and photography
- Support Resident Engineer (RE) in preparing contract claim responses
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related preferred but not required
- 3 years’ experience in construction management, inspection of water/wastewater, roadway, drainage, water quality, and site development projects
- Familiarity with MAG Uniform Standards for Construction Specifications and Details preferred
- Microsoft Office experience required
- Excellent communication skills and detail oriented
- Valid driver's license required
