B&N Civil Engineer / Project Manager Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and design of municipal transportation and/or utility engineering projects for public agencies, counties, and municipalities
- Create an exemplary client experience throughout the project delivery
- Maintain quality control of the work products and successfully complete projects on time and within budget
- Collaborate with other leaders throughout the firm on project pursuits and technical challenges
- Opportunity to provide training, coaching, and mentoring for developing staff
- Opportunity to develop project management skills including monitoring relevant performance indicators, budgets, and schedules
- Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited engineering program
- Texas PE registration, or ability to obtain through reciprocity within 6 months of hire
- 5 years of related engineering experience related to the delivery of municipal transportation, water/wastewater, and storm water projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD Civil 3D required. Proficiency in MicroStation/Open Roads Designer is a plus, but not required.
- Proven client management, and project management skills is a plus, but not required
- Excellent communication and technical writing skills
