EXPERIENCED Operators: Excavator, Loader, Dozer, Skid Steer

Burgess Civil LLC is currently seeking dependable and EXPERIENCED Operators: Trackhoe, Backhoe, Loader, Dozer, Skid Steer. etc. with a strong background working with the following crews: Pipe, Road, Earth, Punch Out, Fine Grade and Concrete. Must have knowledge of construction and practical experience with tools. A good understanding of safety procedures, willingness to learn and be flexible. Positive attitude and great interpersonal skills.

A FIELD TEST IS REQUIRED! and MUST PASS A DRUG TEST!

Key Responsibilities

• Conducts routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Follow appropriate standard operating procedures as guidelines for operating and maintaining vehicle.
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must pass a drug test
  
  

Requirements And Physical Expectations

• At least 2-3 years of experience!
• Reliable transportation.
• All positions require that you travel to different locations based on business needs.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Ability to lift 50 or more pounds and ability to lift, carry, bend, crawl, squat, climb, kneel, push, pull, and crouch and able to stand for long period of time
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and on different terrain types
  
  

Pay: Compensation will be based on experience.
