Today we are the nation’s largest producer of country cured hams; an Ozark delicacy steeped in tradition and uniquely American, with many loyal grocery, restaurant, and mail order/ecommerce customers.
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining current plant equipment as well as installation of new equipment at the plant. The job will require good communication skills to coordinate with other work groups, as well as good troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues. We are looking for a highly motivated individual that will be able to maintain and repair the plants systems.
Tasks:
· Performing routine maintenance
· Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues
· Removing old equipment
· Installing new equipment
· Communicating with other team members
· Ordering parts and maintaining equipment
Skills/Experience
· Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing/Carpentry experience
· Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
· Good time management skills
· Organization skills and attention to detail
· Equipment troubleshooting
Physical Setting/Normal Schedule: Industrial Plant-California, MO / Monday-Friday
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
