Job Summary
The Wondrous Collective is seeking a hands-on Social Media & Content Coordinator to help capture, create, and publish content across our family of restaurant and bar brands.
This role is execution-focused. You will be in our restaurants regularly, capturing photos and videos, writing captions, publishing posts, and helping bring our brands to life online. You will work closely with and report directly to our Marketing Manager, supporting the broader marketing strategy with consistent, authentic content.
This is an ideal role for someone who loves hospitality, understands social media culture, and enjoys being where the action is.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Capture photo and video content in restaurants (food, drinks, people, moments, events).
- Create short-form video content for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Edit and format content for social media using basic editing tools.
Social Media Posting
- Write and publish posts, stories, and reels for multiple Wondrous Collective brands.
- Follow brand voice guidelines while tailoring content to each concept.
- Assist with content calendars created by the Marketing Manager.
On-Site Brand Support
- Be present during events, launches, specials, and busy service periods to capture content.
- Work with managers and staff to highlight menu items, promotions, and guest experiences.
Community Engagement
- Monitor comments and messages and escalate when needed.
- Help identify and engage with local influencers and brand fans.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager and restaurant leadership.
- Support campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives already in motion.
- Assist with basic reporting such as post performance and engagement trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience managing or creating content for social media platforms, especially Instagram and Facebook.
- Comfort with photo and video capture using a smartphone.
- Basic editing skills (Canva, CapCut, InShot, Lightroom, or similar).
- Strong written communication and caption-writing ability.
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple brands and priorities.
- Comfortable working nights, weekends, and events when needed.
- Interest in restaurants, hospitality, food, and beverage.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Restaurant or hospitality experience is a strong plus, but not required.
