Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
- Take accurate orders using ipad or directing them to kiosk
- Assist with to go orders
- Manage cash handling duties accurately, including cash register operations and change dispersal
- Maintain cleanliness by cleaning tables, sanitizing workstations, and ensuring food safety protocols are followed
- Support kitchen staff with basic food prep tasks when needed and ensure timely delivery of orders to customers
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is highly preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and active listening abilities
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Experience in cashiering, serving, bussing tables, or working in a café or grocery store environment is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
