Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide prompt, friendly service at the front counter
- Take customer orders accurately using tablet or guiding them with the Kiosk.
- Prepare simple food items in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards, including basic food handling and preparation
- Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including cashiering and retail math calculations
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance sales and customer satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness of the front area, including bussing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and ensuring proper food presentation
- Assist with food delivery to customers or table service when needed, supporting overall food industry standards
- Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly
- Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
- Capable of multitasking efficiently in a fast-paced setting while managing time effectively.
