COMPANY DESCRIPTION

BurgerFi Ypsilanti is part of a fast-growing, better-burger restaurant brand focused on high-quality ingredients and a modern dining experience. The new Ypsilanti location is opening to serve guests in the greater Ypsilanti, MI area with freshly prepared burgers, sides, and beverages. Team members are supported with training, clear procedures, and opportunities to learn different aspects of restaurant operations. The work environment emphasizes teamwork, guest satisfaction, and consistent food quality. BurgerFi values reliability, respect, and a positive attitude from all team members.

POSITION SUMMARY

Restaurant Team Members support both the guest experience and day-to-day restaurant operations. Depending on the position and shift assignment, responsibilities may include front counter service, order taking, food preparation, grill and fry station support, restaurant cleanliness, and other operational duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome guests and provide professional, friendly service

• Take and process customer orders accurately

• Prepare and assemble menu items according to BurgerFi standards

• Support front-of-house and kitchen operations as assigned

• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant

• Follow established food safety, sanitation, and quality standards

• Restock supplies and maintain properly prepared workstations

• Work collaboratively with Shift Leaders and fellow team members

• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail during high-volume periods

• Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

• Professional and customer-focused attitude

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment

• Willingness to learn and take direction

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

• Restaurant, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is preferred but not required
