Kitchen Crew Responsibilities
- Prep stations with fresh ingredients and supplies
- Cook delicious menu items with speed and accuracy
- Follow manager instructions and safety protocols
- Sanitize and maintain a clean work area
- Represent the brand with pride and uphold company values
Cashier Crew Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests with warmth and enthusiasm
- Accurately ring up orders and suggest upsells
- Guide guests through the menu for a great experience
- Handle cash/credit transactions and apply discounts
- Resolve guest issues with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain a clean station and follow food safety standards
