As a Crew Member, you will be providing excellent customer service, preparing food, and ensuring a clean and inviting atmosphere. This role is ideal for energetic individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a smile and provide a friendly, welcoming experience
- Take accurate orders and handle cash/credit transactions efficiently
- Prepare and serve food items according to company standards and recipes
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the kitchen and restrooms
- Assist with restocking supplies, condiments, and food products
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure food is prepared safely
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Address customer inquiries or concerns and resolve any issues promptly
- Uphold the brand image and adhere to company policies
Qualifications:
- Prior QSR experience preferred
- Positive attitude and a passion for customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure during busy shifts
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that require physical effort
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
