We are a Burger Restaurant in the Fair Oaks Mall, we believe that great food starts with great people. We're looking for a dependable, energetic Shift Supervisor who enjoys leading by example, coaching teammates, and creating an outstanding guest experience.

What You'll Do
As a Shift Supervisor, you'll help run daily restaurant operations while supporting the management team. Your responsibilities include:
- Leading shifts and motivating team members
- Ensuring exceptional customer service
- Preparing and serving high-quality food that meets brand standards
- Opening and closing the restaurant
- Maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards
- Handling cash, deposits, and register reconciliation
- Training and coaching new employees
- Managing labor during shifts and helping maintain productivity
- Resolving customer concerns professionally
- Creating a positive, respectful work environment
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has 1 year of restaurant or retail leadership experience (preferred)
- Leads by example with a positive attitude
- Is dependable, punctual, and accountable
- Communicates clearly with guests and coworkers
- Enjoys coaching and developing others
- Can multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Is available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
