We seek PT and PTA per-diem candidates to assist with weekday/end or on-call coverage; this is a great opportunity for experienced or new-graduates to join a dedicated team making a difference in the lives they serve every day!
The Skilled Nursing Facility is located in Folsom.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions
- Aid and direct patients in active and passive exercises, muscle re-education, activities of daily living, prosthetic training, gait and functional training.
- Educate patient and family on proper care plans
- Communicate with team members to ensure quality care is being provided.
