What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Member position at Burger Master?

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a customer service position and good knowledge of how cash registers operate. Requirements and Responsibilities:

- Cashier: You will take orders and ring them in, as well as handle all guest payments.
- Front Window Attendant: You will be handing orders out to customers, providing any other items needed (Condiments, utensils, etc). Double-check orders to assure everything is there and it is the correct bag for the correct customers. Your job is to make sure the food is properly going out and at a good pace, as well as keeping an eye on times and giving feedback to the front and back of the house on progress.
- Ice Cream Station Attendant: You will be our specialist for all things ice cream. We have Flurries, Shakes, Cones, Novelties, and Sundaes. Quality is very important to us (presentation) and practice makes perfect. You will clean kitchen surfaces regularly by wiping of surfaces and ice cream splashes, maintaining a clean and health code regulated working area.

Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary. Prior experience is preferred, but not necessary.
