Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train crew members, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, including cash handling, food preparation, and sanitation.
- Manage inventory, place orders, and receive deliveries to maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as Burger King brand standards.
- Open and close the restaurant according to established procedures, including cash reconciliation and securing the premises.
- Assist with food preparation, cooking, and serving when needed to support the team and maintain service speed.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to crew members.
- Identify and resolve operational issues promptly and effectively.
Job Qualifications:
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

$17-$19 per hour
