Responsibilities
- Supervise and train team members on Burger King policies and procedures, including food preparation, safety, and customer service.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met.
- Manage customer interactions, resolving issues and ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Monitor food quality and presentation, making adjustments as necessary.
- Assist in scheduling and delegating tasks to team members to maintain operational efficiency.
- Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms.
- Communicate effectively with management regarding operational updates and team performance.
- Motivate and coach team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
