Qualified individuals will possess the following:
Responsibilities:
- Ability to lead, motivate, and empower your team
- Ability to manage daily tasks, the restaurant’s team, and overall operations
- Train and develop your team to ensure a customer centric environment
- Ensure the team completes their assigned duties while adhering to all company policies and procedures
- Ensures the maintenance, cleanliness, and sanitary conditions of the restaurant
- Handles guest relations
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least (2) years in a supervisory role, with (1) year specific to the quick service food industry
- Possess excellent verbal and written skills including general computer skills
- On occasion, you may be required to lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to fifty pounds; kneel, bend or stoop, ascend or descend stairs; reach and grasp objects
