DC Burger is looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Crew Members. In this role, you’ll be a key part of our restaurant operations—delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service while helping to create a clean, welcoming environment for our guests. As a Crew Member, you'll work across multiple stations, including front counter, kitchen, and dining area, to ensure every guest has a great experience from start to finish. You’ll also assist with cleaning, stocking, and supporting your teammates during busy shifts.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a smile while taking orders and processing payments.
- Prepares and packages food and beverage items according to brand standards.
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of the dining room, restrooms, and exterior areas.
- Follows all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines in work areas.
- Unloads and stocks inventory items as needed.
- Demonstrates punctuality and consistent attendance for scheduled shifts.
- Adheres to Burger King uniform, grooming, and appearance standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to interact in a positive and professional manner with guests and team members.
- Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work at various stations.
