Key Responsibilities
- Support the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager in managing restaurant operations during assigned shifts
- Lead and motivate Team Members to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate guest service in a clean environment
- Follow cash control and security procedures including safe counting and cash drawer management
- Perform daily and weekly inventory inspections and receive inventory truck orders
- Drive operational results by implementing shift plans and maintaining brand standards
- Coach and provide feedback to Team Members to enhance team capabilities and restaurant performance
- Review restaurant results to identify successes and areas for improvement
Qualifications
- At least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or GED (2 years of college preferred)
- 1-2 years of quick service restaurant experience
- Strong understanding of guest service principles
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, including long or irregular shifts
- Serv Safe Certification required
