Duties

• Prepare and assemble food items quickly and accurately, ensuring quality standards are met at all times
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales transactions
• Provide friendly customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience
• Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing workstations, and adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with food handling duties including stocking supplies, managing food storage, and ensuring proper food safety procedures are followed
• Support kitchen operations by managing time effectively to serve orders promptly in a quick service environment
• Handle cash register operations with accuracy, including basic math calculations for transactions and change

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
• Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus; training will be provided if needed
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with guests
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic math skills for cash handling, sales upselling, and inventory management
• Commitment to food safety standards including proper sanitation, food handling procedures, and hygiene practices
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks
