Responsibilities of the Porter include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for exterior, interior cleanliness and maintenance.
- Puts food orders away following FIFO
- Cleans and organizes walk in cooler and freezer
- Cleans and organizes inventory in dry storage areas
- Follows all food safety standards.
- Clean and stock guest areas.
- Sweeping and mopping floors
- Washing dishes
- Clean, sanitize and keep food areas stocked.
- Assist working in Kitchen or as Cashier and following job descriptions as stated above.
- Completing all other assigned duties delegated by Team Leader or Manager.

Requirements:
- Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older
- Be able to life and move 25 to 50 pounds
- Be able to reach overhead
- Be able to work outside in hot or cold weather
- Be able to shovel snow
- Be able to work at a fast pace.
