Job Description:
Duties:
- Greets every customer in a quick and courteous manner.
- Provides a pleasant dining experience to all our customers and responds to customer inquiries in a timely fashion.
- Handles all customer complaints according to company policies and procedures.
- Develops and maintains product knowledge and provides customers with product recommendations.
- Follows sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas.
- Ensures compliance with operational standards, company policies and ordinances.
- Sustains consistent high quality of food preparation and service.
- Keeps professional image by maintaining proper uniform and appearance standards.
- Works effectively with others (individuals and departments) in a positive, supportive and cooperative manner.
- Helps other associates in their duties and assists new associates in learning their new job skills.
- Communicates any issues of concerns and ensures all internal matters are presented to GM in a timely manner.
- General knowledge of all point-of-sale equipment.
- Processes customer sales accurately and efficiently. Ensures cash drawer levels are maintained in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Receives and stocks all merchandise in accordance with company policy.
- Must be able to lift up-to 50 pounds following proper lifting procedures.
- Ensures stock is faced up, clean and presentable at all times.
- Apply the FIFO (first in first out) system, when receiving or stocking any product.
- Ensures all damaged and/or out of date stock is removed, accurately recorded and placed in designated quarantine area.
- Follows portion control and quantities of preparation to minimize loss.
- Maintains full control of the store and its contents at all times using prevention techniques as per company to minimize loss (i.e. drive offs or retail theft etc).
- Follows company policies and procedures for securing the premises upon end of day closure.
- Maintains a high standard of cleanliness.
- Cleans in accordance with the brands specific sanitary standards including but not limited to: sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning walls, counters, tables, kitchen and service equipment.
- Cleans the customer service area by removing trash, cleaning restrooms and the parking lot.
- Performs all duties in a safe and responsible manner to assure workers, customers, suppliers/contractors and the environment are not at risk.
- Complies with all company safety policies, procedures and instructions.
- Uses materials handling procedures and equipment provided to minimize contamination or injury.
- Reports to management any unsafe practice or condition and follows all safety initiatives.
Requirements
- Physically capable of standing for long hours.

$ 16 per hour
