Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to Burger King's strict quality and sanitation standards.
- Operate cash registers, handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, and provide correct change.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders efficiently, and resolve any customer concerns or complaints professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dining areas, food preparation stations, and restrooms.
- Restock inventory, assist with deliveries, and ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues to achieve operational goals.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Prior food service experience is a plus, but not required; training will be provided.
