Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory costs with regular inspections and accurate truck orders
- Maintain and monitor restaurant assets and ensure preventative maintenance
- Oversee cash control and security procedures to safeguard restaurant assets
- Motivate and direct team members to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate guest service
- Coach and provide feedback to Shift Coordinators and Team Members to enhance performance
- Ensure restaurant operations meet brand standards and speed of service guidelines
- Step in as Hourly Shift Coordinator when needed to support the team
Qualifications & Skills
- At least 18 years old with High School Diploma or GED (college preferred)
- 1-2 years quick service restaurant experience; management experience preferred
- Basic understanding of P&L and profitability management
- Strong leadership and guest service skills
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work long or irregular shifts as needed
