As a Field Operations Trainer at Burger King - EYAS Hospitality Group, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our franchised locations by delivering comprehensive brand training. Your mission is to ensure that team members excel at providing exceptional guest service while upholding the highest standards of food quality and cleanliness in both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. You will monitor training progress and instill our core values throughout the company culture, ensuring consistency and excellence across all locations.
The dynamic nature of this role requires flexibility, as you may provide shoulder-to-shoulder in-restaurant training support from as early as 5 AM to as late as midnight, including weekends.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A FIELD OPERATIONS TRAINER
To thrive as a Field Operations Trainer at Burger King - EYAS Hospitality Group, a diverse skill set is essential. You should bring demonstrated experience in training or coaching roles, preferably within the food service industry, which will empower you to instill superior guest service principles and uphold food quality standards. A background in restaurant management or multi-unit QSR leadership, although not mandatory, is highly valued. Excellent communication and presentation abilities will enable you to engage and inspire teams effectively.
A willingness to travel frequently to various locations is crucial, as is exceptional organizational skill to track and report on training progress. You must be capable of working both independently and collaboratively, embodying enthusiasm for the Burger King and EYAS Hospitality brands.
Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- Demonstrated experience in training or coaching roles within the food service industry.
- Experience as a restaurant manager or multi-unit QSR leadership is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong grasp of guest service principles and food quality standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Willingness to travel frequently to various locations.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to track and report on training progress.

- ServSafe certification through an accredited program.
