Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items to Burger Bliss standards with consistency and care
- Maintain exceptional quality regardless of order volume
- Work efficiently under pressure during high‑traffic periods
- Keep a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with prep, restocking, and closing duties
- Contribute positively to a small, collaborative team
- Represent the Burger Bliss brand with professionalism and pride
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of line cooking experience
- Strong work ethic and genuine pride in the food you serve
- Ability to work quickly, cleanly, and accurately in a very fast‑paced environment
- Commitment to maintaining quality—even during heavy rushes
- Reliability, punctuality, and a team‑first mindset
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a compact kitchen space
Compensation
