Key Qualifications:
Certifications: UKG Pro WFM & UKG Boomi (Required)
Experience: 8 years in UKG Workforce Management (WFM) implementations
Technical Skills:
· Hands-on configuration in Timekeeper, Accruals, Attendance, Leave
· Boomi integration (Components, Connectors, Data Mapping)
· Interface development & cross-reference tables
Functional Skills:
· Requirements gathering, gap analysis, end-to-end implementation
· Client-facing communication & process improvement
What You’ll Do:
Lead UKG WFM configurations, modifications, and deployments.
Collaborate with business teams to translate needs into system solutions.
Develop/test configurations, Boomi integrations, and data views.
Provide thought leadership to optimize WFM processes.
