Short Job Description 
We are looking for a VMware Cloud on AWS (VMC on AWS) SDDC Subject Matter Expert with strong experience in designing, deploying, and managing VMware hybrid cloud environments. The candidate should have deep expertise in VMC on AWS, vSphere, NSX-T, vSAN, HCX, and VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) along with strong networking and troubleshooting skills. 
Required Skills

•  VMware Cloud on AWS (VMC on AWS) 

•  VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, vMotion 

•  VMware NSX-T (DFW, Micro-segmentation, NAT, VPN, BGP, OSPF, Tier-0/Tier-1 Routing) 

•  VMware vSAN 

•  HCX migrations (Bulk Migration, vMotion, RAV, Cold Migration) 

•  VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) 

•  Advanced troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) 

•  Hybrid cloud integration with AWS (VPC, Direct Connect, Transit Gateway) 

•  Strong networking knowledge: TCP/IP, VLANs, VPN, NAT, BGP, OSPF 

•  Storage, compute, and virtualization concepts 

Preferred Skills

•  Azure VMware Solution (AVS) 

•  vRealize Suite (vRA, vROps, vRLI) 

•  Site Recovery Manager (SRM) and Disaster Recovery 

•  AWS Services: EC2, IAM, VPC, Direct Connect, TGW 

•  Carbon Black 

•  VMware Certifications: VCP, VCAP, VCIX, VCDX
