Position: Test Manager   Banking (Conversion & Migration) Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid   2 3 days onsite) Duration: Long-Term Contract 
 Role Summary 
We are seeking an experienced Test Manager / Project Manager with strong banking domain expertise to lead conversion and data migration testing for a large-scale transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end testing efforts, ensure data integrity, and support successful cutover and go-live activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing for data conversion and migration projects

• Define and implement test strategy, plans, and execution approach

• Drive conversion testing (CD1) and ensure successful validation

• Ensure data integrity, reconciliation, and business continuity

• Manage client communication, reporting, and escalations

• Track and manage defects, risks, and deliverables

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and offshore teams

• Support cutover planning and go-live activities

Experience Required

• 10  years in QA/Test Management or Project Management

• Strong experience in banking transformation and migration projects

• Proven track record in leading large-scale testing programs
