Duration: Long-Term Contract with Potential for Full-Time Conversion

   Job Summary   

Client is seeking a Technology Specialist with strong expertise in Mobile Automation Testing to support testing and quality assurance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Playwright, Python, Java, Selenium, and AI-assisted testing tools such as Claude AI. Candidates with HCM functional knowledge are highly preferred.   
 Required Skills

Experience Required

• 4 7 years of experience in:

  • Playwright Automation

  • Python Automation Development

  • Java & Selenium Automation Testing

  • Mobile Application Testing

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for mobile applications.

• Create and execute automated test scripts using Playwright, Python, Java, and Selenium.

• Integrate AI-driven testing approaches utilizing tools such as Claude AI.

• Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams to ensure product quality.

• Analyze test results, identify defects, and drive issue resolution.

• Support continuous improvement of automation frameworks and testing processes.

• Work closely with stakeholders to validate HCM-related functionalities and workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise mobile application testing.

• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.

• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automation integration.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
