Job Summary
We are looking for a product-minded Product Manager with strong experience in building and scaling internal tools or platform-based products, preferably including Content Management Systems (CMS). The ideal candidate is data-driven, technically sound, and user-focused, with the ability to manage the product lifecycle end-to-end and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery, definition to delivery and iteration.
- Define product vision, roadmap, and strategy for internal tools and platforms.
- Use data-driven insights (KPIs, metrics, analytics) to prioritize features and measure success.
- Collaborate with engineering, data, design, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Create and maintain product documentation PRDs, user stories, roadmaps, and release notes.
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
- Balance user needs, business priorities, and technical feasibility in decision-making.
- Advocate for user experience and internal users, ensuring high usability of tools.
- Track product performance and drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills
- 8 years of experience in Product Management.
- Experience with internal tools / platform products / CMS.
- Strong data-driven decision-making and product analytics experience.
- Technical understanding of APIs, system integrations, and product architecture.
- Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) or similar platforms.
- Exposure to customer experience, travel, or service tools.
