Job Description 
We are looking for an experienced Performance Testing Lead with 10  years of experience in performance testing and performance engineering. The candidate must have strong hands-on expertise in JMeter, performance test planning, scripting, execution, analysis, and reporting. Experience leading performance testing teams and working in client-facing environments is required. Telecom OSS/BSS domain experience is preferred. 
Mandatory Skills

• 10  years of Performance Testing experience

• 4  years of hands-on experience with JMeter (Mandatory)

• 5  years of experience as a Performance Test Lead

• Strong knowledge of Performance Engineering

• Expertise in:

  • Load Testing

  • Stress Testing

  • Spike Testing

  • Endurance (Soak) Testing

  • Scalability Testing

• Strong understanding of performance metrics:

  • Response Time

  • Throughput

  • Latency

  • Error Rate

  • CPU, Memory & I/O Utilization

• Experience in:

  • Performance test planning and strategy

  • Test scenario design

  • Workload modeling

  • Test scripting, execution, analysis, and reporting

  • Performance monitoring and bottleneck analysis

• Basic programming/scripting skills in Java and JavaScript

• Experience in client communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
