Job Summary 
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Banking Payments and Wire Transfer Product Migration. The candidate will support large-scale wire transfer migration initiatives, working with business and technology teams to gather requirements, manage integrations, and ensure successful delivery of payment transformation programs. 
Required Skills

• 8  years of Business Analyst experience

• Strong Banking & Payments domain knowledge

• Hands-on experience with Wire Transfer Products (Domestic & International Wires)

• Experience in Wire Product Migration or Payment Platform Migration projects

• Knowledge of SWIFT, payment hubs, and core banking systems

• Requirements gathering and business analysis

• Functional specifications and user story creation

• Data mapping, gap analysis, and process documentation

• Integration experience with downstream banking systems

• UAT coordination and stakeholder management

• Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in payments

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for wire transfer migration initiatives

• Create functional specifications, user stories, and process flows

• Coordinate with business, technology, and vendor teams

• Support integration activities across core banking systems, payment hubs, and SWIFT networks

• Perform gap analysis and assist with migration planning and execution

• Support testing, UAT, and production rollout activities

• Ensure project deliverables meet business and regulatory requirements

Preferred Experience

• Fedwire, CHIPS, and SWIFT payment systems

• Payment modernization or transformation programs

• ISO 20022 migration experience

Salary : $40 - $50
