Job Title: IT Project Manager (PLM | GxP)
Location: Sunnyvale, California (Hybrid 3 days onsite)
Experience: 7 10 Years
Duration: 12 months plus Contract
Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) initiatives in a GxP-regulated environment. The role involves end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle delivery of PLM projects (planning execution closure)
- Manage scope, timelines, budget, risks, and dependencies
- Coordinate with business, IT, vendors, and system integrators
- Drive stakeholder communication, governance, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with GxP, FDA, ISO, and validation (CSV) requirements
- Work with Quality & Compliance teams for validation and documentation
- Apply Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid project methodologies
- Ensure delivery meets quality, compliance, and business expectations
Mandatory Skills
- Strong IT Project Management experience
- Hands-on experience with PLM implementations
- Good understanding of GxP concepts
Preferred Skills
- PMP / SAFe or equivalent certification
- Experience in Life Sciences / Pharma domain
Salary : $50 - $60
