JD- Client Relationship Serve as the primary Mphasis point of contact at Mastercard in St. Louis, building trusted relationships with senior technology and product stakeholders Lead weekly and monthly governance reviews with Customer-status, risks, decisions, and roadmap alignment Identify and develop expansion opportunities within the engagement-new SOWs, scope additions, and capability demonstrations Delivery Accountability Own end-to-end delivery health across all active SOWs-quality, velocity, SLA adherence, and milestone tracking Manage escalations swiftly and visibly Work closely with the India delivery team and US-based technical leads to maintain delivery rhythm and resolve blockers Drive the onboarding and ramp plan for new team members joining the engagement-ensure they meet Customer's standards before client exposure Summarize Program Governance Maintain the engagement health dashboard -RAG status, financials, headcount, and forecast Own the SOW scope boundary-track change requests, flag scope creep early, and coordinate with the Engagement Director on commercial implications Ensure all Customer compliance, security, and access requirements are met for the full delivery team Coordinate with the Project managers, PMO Lead on reporting, RAID logs, and action tracking
Salary : $140,000 - $170,000
