Job Summary 
We are looking for an experienced AI SDLC Program Manager to lead an enterprise AI-enabled Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) program. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, drive program execution, collaborate with business, engineering, vendors, and executive stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of AI-driven software development initiatives. 
Mandatory Skills

• 10  years of overall IT experience

• 7  years of Program Management experience leading complex technology/platform programs

• Strong understanding of AI/GenAI in SDLC, including AI-assisted software development, testing, code quality, and developer productivity

• Experience managing enterprise software engineering or platform programs

• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD

• Experience coordinating Business, Engineering, Vendor, and Leadership teams

• Strong Program Governance, Risk Management, Dependency Management, and Executive Status Reporting

• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills

• Ability to define structure, prioritize workstreams, and drive execution in ambiguous environments

Salary : $70 - $80
