Job Summary:
As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of our brand. Your role is to create a welcoming environment, build genuine connections with customers, and help them find styles they’ll love. From restocking shelves to ringing up sales and answering questions, you’ll be key to making every visit memorable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet every customer with warmth, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
- Offer personalized styling tips and product recommendations
- Operate the cash register and handle all sales transactions accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service in-store and by phone
- Maintain clean and visually appealing displays and merchandise
- Restock inventory and monitor product levels on the floor
- Assist with store opening, closing, and daily upkeep
- Be a team player and contribute to a fun, supportive work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- A friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
