Key Responsibilities
- Deliver expert legal counsel and fierce courtroom representation to diverse clients navigating complex immigration and criminal challenges.
- Lead in-depth legal research and craft compelling strategies that turn the tide in Removal Defense and Crimmigration matters.
- Prepare and file meticulous legal documents, ensuring every detail advances our clients' goals.
- Efficiently manage caseloads, deadlines, and records while fostering seamless collaboration with our tight-knit team of attorneys and support staff.
- Represent clients confidently in court hearings, USCIS interviews, and immigration proceedings in the counties of San Bernardino, Riverside, Orange, and Los Angeles.
- Stay ahead of evolving laws and regulations, proactively adapting strategies to safeguard client rights.
What We're Looking For
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active admission to the California Bar.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in Immigration Law, with a passion for Criminal Defense and Crimmigration.
- Exceptional analytical prowess, meticulous attention to detail, and outstanding communication skills—both in writing persuasive briefs and building trust with clients from all walks of life.
- A proactive mindset, collaborative spirit, and unwavering commitment to ethical, client-centered practice.
