Our law firm specializes in Immigration and Criminal Defense, serving clients across three locations in Rancho Cucamonga, Fontana, and Pomona, California. With over 20 years of experience in these practice areas, our lead attorney has been practicing law since 2011. We are a growing firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal representation, particularly to Spanish-speaking clients.

We are seeking three Associate Attorneys, one for each of our locations, to join our dynamic team. The successful candidates will assist with a wide range of legal tasks, including:

• Representing clients in court appearances for immigration and criminal defense cases.
• Conducting client consultations to assess legal needs and provide guidance.
• Drafting legal documents, including forms, motions, appeals, and other filings.
• Collaborating with senior attorneys to develop case strategies.

This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals to gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment while serving a diverse, primarily Spanish-speaking client base.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in California (or pending bar admission).
• Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred to effectively communicate with our clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• No prior legal experience required; we welcome new attorneys eager to learn and grow.

• Attend court hearings and represent clients in immigration and criminal defense matters.
• Conduct initial client consultations and follow-up meetings.
• Prepare and file legal documents, including motions, appeals, and other court filings.
• Work closely with senior attorneys and staff to ensure high-quality client service.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.

• Full-time position, Monday through Friday.
• Occasional flexibility may be required for court appearances or client needs.

• $90K - $150K
