Job Overview
Burford Roofing & Construction, LLC is growing our commercial roofing division and looking for an experienced Superintendent to plan and execute awarded projects on time and within budget. You'll coordinate subcontractors and vendors, enforce quality control, manage scheduling, review contract documents, and handle manufacturer warranty inspections on membrane, metal and steep-slope roofing systems.
We're looking for someone with hands-on commercial roofing experience, a strong grasp of manufacturer specs and warranty requirements, and a track record of running a tight, well-organized jobsite. Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and crews on-site, day to day
- Enforce quality control in line with manufacturer specs and contract documents
- Manage project scheduling, sequencing, and execution
- Perform detailed review of contract documents and scope prior to and during execution
- Coordinate with material vendors and suppliers to keep jobs moving
- Schedule and manage manufacturer inspections required for roofing warranties
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with commercial roofing — membrane (TPO/EPDM/PVC), metal/standing seam, and shingle/steep-slope systems
- Strong grasp of manufacturer installation requirements and warranty compliance
- Ability to read and enforce contract documents and specifications
- Proven track record of keeping jobs on schedule and subcontractors accountable
- Clear communicator who can work directly with General Contractors, vendors, and ownership
