SPECIAL INSPECTOR – SOILS & CONCRETE
Building, Transportation & Infrastructure Projects
We are currently seeking experienced Special Inspectors for immediate openings on various Building, Transportation, and Infrastructure projects in New York City. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge and field experience in construction inspection, with a focus on quality and safety.
Requirements :
- Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Experience : Minimum of 2 years inspecting construction work in NYC, across projects of varying size and complexity.
- Code Knowledge : Familiarity with Chapter 17 of the NYC Building Code.
- Certifications : Candidates must hold at least ONE of the following valid certifications : ICC Soils Special Inspector - REQUIRED ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician—Grade I ACI Concrete Construction Special Inspector NYS Licensed Professional Engineer (Civil)
